Great gym with a really encouraging and friendly environment. The coaches are great at teaching and guiding you, and the classes are well-organized. Had a really good experience overall and will definitely be coming back more often!

Really enjoyed training here and the coaches make sure you understand proper technique. The HYROX-specific equipment and training setup are excellent. Definitely recommend for beginners and experienced athletes alike. 💪🏼✨
